About Us! Nevada Day, Inc. is responsible for the planning, coordination, and operation of the annual Nevada Day Celebration, our coming together to celebrate our heritage and the founding of our great state! Almost 70 years old, Nevada Day and its many activities including the parade, numerous contests, art and music, and other family-oriented activities, is unequaled anywhere in the United States. The Nevada Day Celebration is more than just a parade. It's Nevada's heritage celebration, an observance of Nevada's admission as a state, and a salute to the community spirit and love of our state which is kept alive in this annual event. 2007 marks the 69th anniversary of the Nevada Day Celebration in Carson City. This past year has seen many changes within the Nevada Day, Inc. Board of Directors. We invite you to meet our officers and Board of Directors by clicking on the link below.
